Mr. Miyares is a highly respected CPA with over twenty-five years of experience in all areas of public accounting including tax, accounting, auditing, and financial due diligence. Mr. Miyares has particular expertise in assisting developers and construction companies meet all their bonding and financial needs, with emphasis on management consulting. In addition, he has extensive experience and expertise in many areas including but not limited to professional services, Retail, Wholesaler and Distribution, Agriculture, and other service-related enterprises.

Mr. Miyares is an active member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Cuban American CPA’s Association, Inc., as well as the Latin Builders Association and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.

Education: 

Mr. Miyares is a Certified Public Accountant, and also holds a Building Contractor and Real estate License in Florida. He is an alumni of Florida International University.
