Experience:

Thirty four (34) years of experience in public accounting; including twenty nine (29) as a senior consulting partner for RT&C.  Extensive experience in accounting and auditing for Department of Transportation contractors and clients in the service industry.  Two (2) years as Chief Internal Auditor for a national banking institution.  Speaker at various FDOT financial management seminars.
