Mr. Garcia has close to thirty years of a multi-disciplinary career with experience in numerous areas of public accounting and business consulting. Roy has experience working in public accounting as well as coordinating the planning and execution of various continuing client engagements for high net worth individuals and closely held companies. His areas of expertise include domestic and international tax strategy and compliance, accounting and auditing, business structuring, operational business consulting, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, divorce, financial and tax transactional due diligence, trust and estate and business valuation. His industry specializations include real estate and construction, professional service firms, international high net worth individuals and business, family office and accounting outsource, agriculture, wholesale distribution and manufacturing, technology and e-commerce and condominium associations.

Mr. Garcia serves his clients with practical technical solutions and a very hands on results driven approach. Roy also has extensive experience working with clients and their attorneys in managing or facilitating tax and entrepreneurial engagements. He is actively involved in structuring new ventures, acquisition of real estate, pre-immigration planning, participation in offshore voluntary disclosure initiative programs, and asset protection.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Garcia is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Cuban American CPA’s Association, Inc. As an active member of the Miami community, Mr. Garcia holds executive positions on the boards of various local companies and is involved with various non-profit organizations. He is an active member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity Florida Nu Alumni Association and former co-chair of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s International Services Support Committee where he served for several years. Mr. Garcia is an active participant and supporter of Florida International University’s Accounting Association and a member of the University’s Alumni Association. He is also a member and/or involved with the Junior Orange Bowl Committee, the St. Timothy Men’s Club and Christopher Columbus Alumni Association.

Mr. Garcia has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Florida International University.
